1. Is there a free trial available?

There is no separate free trial, but you can experience the service through daily free usage and sample data.

2. Does my subscription renew automatically?

Yes, unless you change the settings in the subscription management section before the next renewal date, your subscription will be automatically renewed for the same period and payment.

3. Can I purchase additional ad proposal attempts?

Currently, additional purchases are not available. If this option becomes available in the future, you can check the membership page for details.

4. What payment methods are available?

You can pay with a credit card.

5. Can I upgrade my membership?

Yes, if you purchase a higher-tier membership, it will be automatically upgraded. You will only be charged the price difference.

7. How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your auto-renewal at any time via [Profile > My Info > Subscription Management]. However, refunds for ongoing subscriptions are only available within 7 days of payment, provided that the service has not been used. For further inquiries, please email [email protected].

8. How long does a refund take?

Refund requests are typically processed within 1 business day, but may take up to 4 days.

9. How can I delete my account?

To request account deletion, please email [email protected] with your registered ID. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

10. How do refunds work?

According to our Terms of Service, Chapter 5 "Contract Termination and Usage Restrictions" - Article 3 "Withdrawal of Subscription," a full refund is available if the service has not been used at all within 7 days of purchase. Partial refunds are not available.

If you meet the full refund criteria, please email [email protected] with your registered ID, purchased product, card information, and payment date and time. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is completed.

11. Can I still access viewer analysis and ad pricing data after my membership ends?

No, once your subscription expires, you will no longer be able to access data unlocked through paid features. To view the data again, you must renew your membership, which will deduct from your paid feature usage quota.

12. What is vling?

vling is a service that analyzes YouTube and social media channel data to provide valuable insights to users. It applies a proprietary estimation algorithm based on YouTube’s (SNS company) Data API and user-authenticated channel data.

Currently, vling has collected data from over 3 million channels and more than 200 million videos in South Korea. Based on this data, we offer features such as channel analysis, audience insights, and ad pricing estimation.

13. How can I delete my channel data?

To prevent unauthorized deletion requests, please send a screenshot of your YouTube Studio page along with your request to [email protected]. Once verified, we will process the deletion.

14. Why is my channel analysis data not available?

Your channel data may not be displayed for the following reasons:

  1. The channel is not authenticated on vling.
  2. The channel is authenticated, but subscription count and video information are set to private.
  3. The channel is authenticated but lacks sufficient data such as subscribers or views.
  4. Data-sharing consent was not provided during channel authentication.
  5. Access to the account was revoked via Google or YouTube.

15. How can I add a channel?

You can add and authenticate your channel via ‘My Info > Authenticated Channels > Add My Channel.’ Once authentication is complete, data collection may take 1–2 days.
